Monaro Nationals Award Dinner

The Monaro Nationals Awards dinner was yesterday. But first, we were supposed to have the Motor Khana, which was unfortunately canceled because of the wet conditions. Instead, we headed to the Cobb + Co. Museum.

There was an interactive science display which was really fun to experiment with. Then we headed to a brewery, which Dad wasn't too happy with. Some other Monaro people were there, so Dad and Mum went to another brewery with them, which they said was much better. Meanwhile, Nanna, Pa, Cejae, and I went to the Grand Central, the huge shopping centre. We finished there, and Nanna and Pa dropped us back at the caravan park. Mum and Dad were having a rest, so Cejae and I played around in the wading pool. Mum and Dad woke up, so we headed to the presentations. We got our food, which which was pretty good. Then we had a long wait for presentations. The dinner started at 5:30, and the presentations weren't until 9:00! Anyway, there were heaps of cars, and quite a few people we know got awards, which was good. Most of the awards were poorly judged.Anyway, we watched most of the presentations, until Dad got too annoyed so we got a taxi back to the caravan park, and headed to bed.
