The Beginning of Another Trip

Today we arrived in Broken Hill. Yesterday we drove to the shack after netball presentations. Cejae won best and fairest on her team, and I got runners up best and fairest on mine.
This morning, we drove to Wentworth, and grabbed things from the bakery for lunch. We drove for a few more hours, and finally arrived in Broken Hill. After exploring and setting up the van, we walked down to McDonalds to grab a snack. Then, we walked to the pub. Let’s just say we got lost a few times and it took us an hour or two 😳. We ended up at the Broken Hill Pub, which was pretty good. Dad was pretty happy to see Geelong win the final. We then got a taxi to head back to the caravan. Stay tuned, tomorrow we are going to some tourist attractions around Broken Hill

Across the border

Sorry I did not post yesterday; I was very busy. Anyway, here is what I did on Tuesday. Due to a quick change of plans, we drove all the way down to Marla. When we were on Alice Springs, we stopped to get some lunch while Dad met up with someone. Then it was back in the car. On the way there, we crossed the border. After a ten hour drive, we stopped at Marla for the night. Then, we went to the pub and had dinner. I had a schnitzel and it was massive so we all shared that.  Big schnitty Next, we went to bed.
